What can yoga do for me?

Yoga can help us move more easily, breathe more fully and relax more completely. Its continued popularity is not surprising as it's simple yet profound - and as relevant today as it was when it was practised thousands of years ago.

It can help us physically, mentally, emotionally and many people (including me) have found that it can literally change their life!

 

Is Yoga suitable for me?

I practise and teach a gentle flowing style of hatha yoga that is gentle, therapeutic and hopefully fun! There will be no standing on heads, putting legs round knecks or any other uncomfortable contortions! You do not have to be flexible or strong, young or thin and you don't have to sign up for 10 weeks either. If you're still not sure, give me a ring for a chat.

 

Classes currently running are:

Wednesday: Ellesmere - 7.30pm - 8.30pm at Fit for Pink ladies Gym. Non members welcome Tel: 01691 624780 to book.

Thursdays: Wrexham - 5.15 - 6.45 and 7pm - 9pm at the Garden Lane Village Instsitute, Kenyon Ave 

Fridays: Ellesmere - 4.00pm - 5pm at Lakelands School, Ellesmere. Drop in class

Friday evenings: Oswestry 7pm - 9pm atThe Marches Sschool. Morda Rd. Drop in class £5 per session

All classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of age or ablity. However, if you have any particular health concers, please contact me.
