Yoga

Yoga can help us move more easily, breathe more fully and relax more completely. Its continued popularity is not surprising as it's simple yet profound - and as relevant today as it was when it was practised thousands of years ago.

It can help us physically, mentally, emotionally and many people (including me) have found that it can literally change their life!

Is Yoga suitable for me?

I practise and teach a gentle flowing style of hatha yoga that is gentle, therapeutic and hopefully fun! There will be no standing on heads, putting legs round necks or any other uncomfortable contortions! You do not have to be flexible or strong, young or thin and you don't have to sign up for 10 weeks either. If you're still not sure, give me a ring for a chat.

Classes currently running:

Monday: The Venue, Park Hall, near Oswestry - 7.30 - 8.30 Non members £4.50 Tel: 01691 684840 to book or just come along to try it out. ** There are no classes on 5th or 26th December or 2nd January.

Thursdays: Wrexham - 5.15 - 6.45 and 7pm - 9pm at the Garden Lane Village Instsitute, Kenyon Ave. ** The next four week course starts on 5th January 2012.


All classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of age or ablity. However, if you have any particular health concerns, please get in touch.
